Tim Holtz Idea-ology Fasteners are designed for crafters who love to build mixed-media projects with secure, decorative joins. Whether you're working on scrapbook layouts, card embellishments or three-dimensional mixed-media pieces, this collection gives you the hardware you need to hold everything together with style.
The range includes ring fasteners, hitch fasteners, jump rings and long fasteners, along with seasonal trimmings that add both function and visual interest to your work. Ring fasteners and hitch fasteners are perfect for connecting layers, attaching charms or securing embellishments in place. Jump rings offer a classic way to link elements together, while long fasteners work well for projects that need extra strength or span. The seasonal trimmings bring thematic details to your designs throughout the year.
When choosing fasteners, consider the weight of what you're attaching—heavier elements need sturdier hardware. Think about whether you want your fasteners to be visible as a design feature or hidden behind your layers. Having a variety of sizes and styles on hand means you're always ready to add that finishing touch to your projects.
