Every pound spent accrues 1 point. Points are never accrued on anything other than the spend on products. Shipping is 5.99 on all orders.
After accruing 200 points your customer status changes to HOBBYIST and you receive 10% off all orders at the checkout BEFORE shipping (no discounts on shipping).
After 500 points the automatic discount at checkout increases to 15% and your customer status changes to CRAFTROOM. Once you get to 1000 points discounts increase to 20% and your status changes to ENTERPRIZE.
PLEASE NOTE: Points are accrued on an individual account basis. Points and ACCOUNTS 'cannot' be shared amongst multiple customers. Breaches of these rules will lead to all points being removed from associated accounts.
All points accrued throughout the year, irrespective of when the points started they are reset to zero at midnight on the last day of the year.
Please note: Some products may have additional shipping costs due to size and weight.
Free shipping on multiple orders: If your order has not yet been dispatched then you will not be charged additional shipping on any subsequent orders. The website will indicate that your order has not been dispatched and that there are no additional shipping costs. If you place a second order and find there are shipping costs, then it means your first order has already been dispatched, and you will have been sent a dispatch email.
