FolkArt Marbling is a collection of specialist paints from Plaid, designed for crafters who want to create beautiful marbled effects on paper, cardstock and other surfaces. Whether you're a card maker, scrapbooker or mixed media artist, these paints open up creative possibilities for adding texture and visual interest to your projects.
This category contains 8 marbling paints in a range of colours, each in 2oz bottles. You'll find vibrant shades including Sour Apple, Green, Blue, Aqua, Yellow and Hot Pink, alongside classic options like Red and White. Crafters use marbling paints to swirl and blend colours directly onto surfaces, creating organic, one-of-a-kind patterns perfect for backgrounds, embellishments and decorative elements.
When choosing colours, think about which combinations appeal to you—complementary shades create striking effects, whilst analogous colours produce softer, more harmonious results. Start with a few colours you love rather than the whole range, and experiment on scrap paper first to get a feel for how the paints flow and blend together.
