Quattro D Feel Good Perfume Bottle Card

Create a delicate perfume bottle card using the Quattro D Feel Good four-stage system. Layer soft watercolours through stencils, stamp the perfume bottle detail, die-cut the outline, and finish with a 3D embossed perfume topper for an elegant, dimensional design.

Step by step

1. Take your first layering stencil (numbered 1) and line it up on your cardstock. ▶ watch 54:45
2. Apply a pale pink watercolour wash through the stencil. ▶ watch 55:00
3. Take the second layering stencil (numbered 2) and line it up in the same position. ▶ watch 55:15
4. Press harder with the same pink, then add a light yellow wash to the perfume bottle area. ▶ watch 55:30
5. Take the third layering stencil (numbered 3) and line it up in the same position. ▶ watch 55:45
6. Add a light green wash to the leaves and press harder with yellow to add depth to the bottle. ▶ watch 56:00
7. Stamp the perfume bottle stamp in black ink, lining up the leaves with your stencilled design. ▶ watch 56:15
8. Die-cut the stamped image using the coordinating outline die. ▶ watch 56:30
9. Place the die-cut perfume bottle back into the 3D embossing folder and run it through to create the final dimensional layer. ▶ watch 56:45
10. Mount the finished 3D perfume topper onto your card base. ▶ watch 57:00

Tips from the show

• You do not have to use a brush; the stencils provide a shortcut for quick cards if you are short on time.
• If you want to spend more time colouring, you can skip the stencils and paint the design yourself.
• You can use any light colours you have in your stash; you do not need the exact colours shown.
