Monochromatic Reflection Card with Torn Paper Elements

Make a second card using waste paper from the first project, featuring a single lady from the Reflection stamp in black and white. This simpler design uses torn paper scraps layered with 3D pads and a long thin sentiment for a clean, contemporary look.

Step by step

  1. Tear strips of leftover patterned and white paper from your first card project to create organic edges. ▶ watch 33:30
  2. Ink just the top portion of the Reflection stamp with black ink to capture a single lady figure. ▶ watch 34:30
  3. Stamp the lady onto a white top folding card, positioning her in the upper portion of the design. ▶ watch 35:30
  4. Stamp a long thin sentiment such as 'Hello' in black ink below the lady image. ▶ watch 36:30
  5. Layer one torn paper strip flat onto the card base beneath the stamped image. ▶ watch 38:00
  6. Attach a second torn paper strip using 3D adhesive pads to create dimension and visual interest. ▶ watch 38:30
  7. Layer a third torn paper piece on top with 3D pads to build up the layered effect. ▶ watch 39:00
  8. Ensure all elements are adhered securely and the design is balanced across the card front. ▶ watch 40:00
