A delicate watercoloured card using the Tiger Lily HD 3D embossing folder with ink and water spray technique. The raised embossing creates beautiful dimensional lily details that are enhanced with soft watercolour shading.

Step by step

1. Apply Heather ink to the raised areas of the Tiger Lily embossing folder, focusing on the lily petals. ▶ watch 40:30
2. Lightly tap the inked folder to pick up additional detail from the embossed areas. ▶ watch 40:45
3. Spray the inked folder lightly with water to soften the ink lines and create a watercolour effect. ▶ watch 41:15
4. Position your card stock over the inked and sprayed folder, then pinch it shut to transfer the image. ▶ watch 41:45
5. Carefully lift away the card to reveal the embossed lily design with watercoloured effect. ▶ watch 42:00

Tips from the show

• Don't spray too much water or the result will be too blurry; use a light hand with the water spray.
• The detail in the Tiger Lily embossing folder is exceptional and shows beautifully even with the watercolour technique.
