Tips from the show

• If you struggle with pen outlines, place the stencil back on top and draw within the stencil lines for a neater finish.
• Use thin mat layers when you have lots of colour going on, to avoid the design looking cumbersome.
• Don't worry about fussy-cutting perfectly—the watercolour bleed underneath the design makes it look intentional and artistic even if the cutting isn't precise.
