Magnolia Bloom Card with Topper and Embellishments

A beautiful layered card featuring the Magnolia collection with card blank, topper, embellishments, and optional foam pads for dimension. The design showcases interchangeable elements in soft pink, white and green tones that work together seamlessly.

Step by step

1. Select a card blank from your kit and choose a topper design that appeals to you. ▶ watch 27:00
2. Decide whether to use the full topper or trim it to create a half-topper pocket-style effect. ▶ watch 27:30
3. Apply foam pads to the back of your topper, using multiple pads for secure adhesion. ▶ watch 28:30
4. Attach the topper to your card blank, pressing firmly to secure. ▶ watch 29:00
5. Select embellishments such as flowers, leaves, birds and tags from your collection. ▶ watch 30:00
6. Arrange embellishments on the card, layering them to create visual interest and depth. ▶ watch 31:00
7. Apply foam pads behind embellishments if you wish to add dimension, or glue them flat for a simpler look. ▶ watch 32:00
8. Add a stamped sentiment tag or sentiment element to complete your card design. ▶ watch 33:00
9. Consider adding sparkle pens or additional embellishments to enhance the finished card. ▶ watch 34:00

Tips from the show

• You do not have to use foam pads on every element; it is totally up to your personal preference.
• You can cut tags in half to create a journaling effect that looks like it is coming out of a pocket.
• Do not be tight with your embellishments; you have plenty to go at, so use them generously.
