Twisting Stencil Circle Pattern Background

A project from our live show CATCH UP with the PEARLYWINKS LAUNCH in the HTCN studio broadcast 10th Dec 21 · 10/12/2021

Use the circular precision stencil to create a repeating pattern by twisting the design around. The stencil has multiple designs that can be rotated to create different looks, with masks to keep the design crisp and prevent bleeding between sections.
