White-on-White Embossed Card with Gnome and Heart Design

Create an elegant white-on-white card using the Love & Happiness 3D embossing folder. Combine the embossed heart design with stamped gnomes and a sentiment to make a sophisticated card with beautiful raised texture.

Step by step

1. Place cardstock into the embossing folder, positioning it towards the top of the card. ▶ watch 46:15
2. Run the embossing folder through your die-cutting machine to create the raised heart design. ▶ watch 46:30
3. Remove the embossed cardstock from the folder. ▶ watch 47:00
4. Stamp the gnome design onto the card, using only the centre gnome or all three as desired. ▶ watch 47:30
5. Colour the gnome design with your chosen media. ▶ watch 48:00
6. Add a banner or strip of cardstock across the embossed line to soften the visual break. ▶ watch 48:30
7. Stamp a sentiment onto the card, such as 'Our Life Our Home Our Story'. ▶ watch 49:00
8. Adhere three foam pads to the back of the card for dimension. ▶ watch 49:30
9. Optionally add sparkle pen details to the flower elements. ▶ watch 50:00

Tips from the show

• You don't have to use the entire embossing folder design; you can emboss just part of the card by positioning it strategically.
• White-on-white embossing creates a subtle, elegant effect that shows off the texture of the folder.
• You can remake this card in different colour schemes or keep it clean and simple depending on your preference.
