Phthalo Blue 4OZ Wax Effects Encaustic Acrylic by DecoArt brings the beautiful, sheer and luminous qualities of traditional beeswax encaustic to your craft projects—without needing any heat. This ready-to-use acrylic wax is perfect if you love working with texture and dimension on cards, mixed-media pieces, journals and scrapbook layouts.
Straight from the jar, you can model, layer, texture and scrape this wax to create stunning effects. Try embedding collage materials into it, or combine it with other mixed-media techniques for rich, layered finishes. The encaustic quality gives your work a gorgeous translucent depth that catches the light beautifully.
