Brilliant Turquoise Lustre by DecoArt is a water-based metallic wax that buffs to a brilliant shine. This paste-like formula gives you opaque coverage in just one coat, making it perfect for adding lustrous metallic details to your papercraft projects with precision and control.
Use Brilliant Turquoise Lustre to add shimmer to card embellishments, tag details, and scrapbook layouts. The paste consistency makes it easier to apply than liquid paint, giving you more control over where the colour goes. It adheres to most absorbent surfaces as well as metal, dries quickly, and cleans up easily with soap and water.
