BLUE ENCHANTED SHIMMER - 2OZ.

Blue Enchanted Shimmer by DecoArt is a translucent topcoat paint that brings magical iridescence to your papercraft projects. With millions of luminous particles suspended throughout, it recreates the captivating sparkling shimmer of a butterfly wing, shifting and dancing as light hits it from different angles.

Use this colour-shifting paint to add shimmer to card embellishments, scrapbook layouts, gift tags and mixed-media journal pages. It works beautifully as a topcoat over stamped images, die-cuts and painted surfaces, transforming them with an iridescent finish that catches the eye. The unique larger iridescent particles create depth and movement that standard shimmer paints cannot achieve.
