BLUE BLACK LIGHT NEON 2OZ

The Blue Black Light Neon 2oz from DecoArt is a fluorescent paint that creates vivid, glowing effects when viewed under a black light. This intense neon paint is perfect for crafters looking to add eye-catching, psychedelic colour to their projects.

Use it to electrify greeting cards, scrapbook layouts, gift tags and mixed-media artwork. The paint works on many surfaces, and you won't need a primer or sealer to get started. When painting on smooth or slick surfaces, apply with a light touch for best results. If you're using stencils, clean them quickly after use to keep them in good condition for future projects.
