3D GLITTER LINER 28 ML TANZANITE

The 3D Glitter Liner 28 ml Tanzanite by Viva Decor is a permanent relief paint filled with sparkling, intensively coloured glitter. The transparent medium creates long-lasting decorations with real dimension, making it perfect for adding eye-catching embellishment to your papercraft projects.

Apply the 3D Glitter Liner directly from the pen nozzle onto cards, tags, scrapbook layouts and mixed media work. It works on both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces, so you can use it on cardstock, vellum, plastic and more. The paint dries as a raised line or half-pearl effect that won't flatten, giving your designs genuine texture and sparkle.
