The Aladine Izink Texture category brings tactile dimension to your papercraft projects. Whether you're a card maker, stamper or scrapbooker, these products let you add physical interest and depth to your designs in ways that flat ink and paint simply can't.
This collection features texture pastes in four distinct finishes: Crackled, Flakey, Beads and Sandy. Each paste creates its own unique surface effect, allowing you to build up layers, add raised details, and create genuinely touchable embellishments on your cards and layouts. Crafters typically use texture pastes to highlight focal points, add dimension to backgrounds, or create special effects that catch the light and invite closer inspection.
When choosing your texture, think about the mood you're creating: crackled effects suit vintage or distressed designs, while beads add glamour and sparkle. Start with a small amount and build up gradually—texture pastes are potent, and a little goes a long way. Allow adequate drying time between layers for the best results, and remember that these pastes work beautifully layered over stamped images or combined with other media.
