About MEDIUMS

Cadence Mediums are specialist additives designed for crafters who work with paint and other coating materials. Whether you're stamping, mixed media crafting or painting on paper and card, these products help you get the results you're after.

This category includes a range of mediums to suit different needs. You'll find extenders to adjust paint consistency and flow, blending gels to help colours merge smoothly, thickeners to build texture and body, and glazing mediums for transparent, layered effects. There's also a brush cleaning gel to help care for your tools between uses and keep them in good condition.

When choosing a medium, think about what you want to achieve with your project. If you need to make paint go further or flow more easily, an extender is helpful. For blending colours seamlessly or creating texture, you'll want to match the medium to your technique. Always check compatibility with your chosen paints, and start with a small amount—you can always add more to get the effect you're looking for.
