A smaller 6×6 version of the interactive folio with pockets on the left and right sides instead of front and back. Complements the 8×8 version and works well as a gift set.
Cut three pieces of 6×6 paper from your 8×8 pad.
Take the first piece and score it in half at 3 inches.
Fold it in half and set aside as your book base.
Take the second piece and score a half-inch line down the left side.
Fold the paper over to the half-inch line, eyeball it across and fold in half to create a tube.
Glue the half-inch hinge shut and fold the tube up to your desired pocket height.
Glue down the top, left and right sides to create an interactive pocket on the right.
Make a second pocket tube using the same method and glue it to the left side of your book.
Glue the second pocket with top, left and right sides sealed to create an interactive pocket on the left.
Fill the pockets with trimmed paper strips, cards or embellishments.
Decorate the front cover and embellish as desired.
