Lamination Stamp Floral Watercolour Card

Create a stunning watercolour-effect floral card using a two-part lamination stamp system. The technique combines coloured ink pads with water spray to produce a beautifully painted appearance without any painting skills required.

Step by step

1. Select your ink pad colours and apply them to the back of the floral stamp element. ▶ watch 4:45
2. Spray the inked stamp lightly with water to blend the colours together. ▶ watch 4:50
3. Stamp the first coloured element firmly onto your cardstock. ▶ watch 5:00
4. Optionally add the second layer stamp on top for additional detail and depth. ▶ watch 5:15
5. Add embossing powder to the second layer if desired for extra sparkle and shine. ▶ watch 5:30

Tips from the show

• You do not have to use both stamp components together; use just the first layer if you prefer.
• These stamps are very forgiving in design and will never produce two identical cards, making each one unique.
• Spraying with water gives the impression you have blended colours with a brush when you have not.
