Patchwork Tiles Full Panel Background Card

Create a striking background card using the full patchwork tiles stamp in a single colour. This card features the complete stamp design as a bold, coordinating background that works beautifully as a base for wedding invitations or batch-made cards.

Step by step

1. Position your white cardstock in the corner of your work surface to keep it stable. ▶ watch 12:45
2. Ink up the patchwork tiles stamp with dark green ink, ensuring good coverage across the entire stamp. ▶ watch 14:45
3. Press the stamp firmly onto your cardstock, holding it steady in the corner. ▶ watch 15:00
4. Lift the stamp carefully and check the impression, repositioning if needed to fill any gaps. ▶ watch 15:15
5. Re-ink the stamp and stamp again to ensure complete coverage across the entire panel. ▶ watch 15:30
6. Allow the ink to dry completely. ▶ watch 16:00
7. Mount the stamped panel onto a coordinating card base with a mat layer in between for dimension. ▶ watch 16:15

Tips from the show

• You can use this stamp in different colours to create coordinating cards with the same design.
• The stamp works well as a full background or you can use segments of it for variety.
