Create a charming miniature house magnet featuring a vibrant orange and yellow Scandi vines pattern on shrink plastic. This delightful 'Home' keepsake combines stencilling techniques with the magic of heat-shrinking to produce a cosy decorative piece. Step by step

1. 

   Use the aperture stencil from the Scandi Stencil Bundle to stencil the vines pattern onto white shrink plastic with your chosen ink colour. Position a smaller house shape to the right and stencil it with the same design.

   Place the decorated shrink plastic piece in a preheated oven and heat according to the manufacturer's instructions until it shrinks and flattens. Remove carefully and allow to cool completely.

3. Adhere a magnet to the back of the cooled shrink plastic house piece to complete your fridge magnet. ▶ watch 39:25

Tips from the show

• Shrink plastic scales down dramatically, making it ideal for creating small decorative pieces like keyrings or magnets from larger stencil designs.
