Tim Holtz Idea-ology Findings are perfect for card makers, scrapbookers and mixed media crafters who want to add distinctive, vintage-inspired details to their projects. Whether you're creating dimensional cards, layered layouts or altered art pieces, this collection gives you the decorative components to make your work truly personal.
You'll find a wonderful range of embellishments here, from delicate floral adornments and foliage sprays to mechanical elements like mini gears, game spinners and date dials. There are also metal findings including locket keys, hardware heads and corked vials, plus alpha parts in newsprint style for adding words and letters. The Foundations pieces offer structural support for your designs. Each item is designed to work beautifully with the broader Idea-ology aesthetic, giving your projects that signature Tim Holtz look.
When choosing findings, think about the overall mood you're creating—are you going for steampunk, botanical, vintage or something else? Mix and match different elements to build layers and interest. Remember that findings work best when they complement your cardstock, patterned papers and other embellishments rather than overwhelming them.
